This is appropriate for ages 2 and older and requires a caregiver familiar with early development. For this comprehensive evaluation, we are unable to accept insurance. Please see the Autism evaluation page for further details.

This is the initial medical program evaluation and treatment plan. You will be given the option of receiving a prescription or prescribing the compounded weight loss injections. This includes any necessary insurance documentation for obtaining medication management through your insurance.

This is a required monthly weight loss progress check-in. You will also get any needed prescriptions for medication management and weight loss injections.
